Refund policy
WITHDRAWAL From THE CONTRACT:
Under the provisions of Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act in Doorstep
Selling and Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.), You have the right to
withdraw from a contract without giving a reason within 14 working days, from
the day of receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the contract for the provision
of services, and your letter of withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to
the seller together with the product within the specified period.
Fill in the Withdrawal form within 45 days of delivery of the goods and together
with the goods (applies only to unopened and undamaged packaging), number
and date of the order and also state your account number in the form of IBAN
where we can send the refund. Send the package by post to Bloom Cosmetics
s.r.o., Vajanského 58, Piešťany 921 01, Slovakia. We recommend that you send
the package together with the completed delivery note by registered mail and
insured, so that you can check the movement of the package at the post office.
Packages that are addressed with cash on delivery will not be accepted! After
sending the goods, according to the law, the money for the goods will be
returned to you no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract, but the
customer bears all costs of delivery and return of goods (for example postage).
This means that your money will be refunded only in the value of the goods.
Important note: If you return the goods, it is important that these goods are
returned, unopen, unused and undamaged in their original packaging, and they
must be complete with proof of purchase. Please send the goods by registered
mail and insured, as we are not liable for any loss on the way to us. If any of the
above conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the
withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned at the expense of
the sender.
